Summary: Wood has an opportunity for a ROW Agent to support our ROW Team with various projects throughout the state but will be located in Austin and or San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability and Knowledge of TXDOT current policies and procedures
  • Provide support with the following areas:
    • Acquisition
    • Condemnation, including Hearing Coordination
    • Relocation
  • Analyze parcels to evaluate potential problems
  • Perform technical and clerical work
  • Negotiation for acquisition of real property to achieve closing and meet schedule requirements
  • Conduct County record searches for property information
  • Ability to review Title and identify potential issues
  • Provide proper documentation as required by the client
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary in areas such as but not limited to condemnation coordination and support
